Design-Build creates a collaborative environment between the builders/designers and stakeholders, that typically reduces overall project cost and schedule duration while optimizing the project’s resources and final product.
Our design-build process entails extensive design review, team/stakeholder management, constructability analysis, end-user functionality review and value-add investigation with applicable solutions. Maintaining open and active channels of communication with our team-oriented approach helps furnish an all-encompassing positive process and experience for our clients. The builders’ experience is crucial in the design-build process. The majority of MCC’s projects over the past 38 years have been through this delivery method.
